Red Hot Yoga: The temperature is perfect. You will sweat. But, it is NOT unbearable. The infrared heaters provide just enough of the comfortable type of heat that loosens your muscles, but does not affect your strength. The new heaters have enhanced my yoga practice. ~ L.F.
